P3 believes that every leader can be high performing, with the right opportunity and the right culture, and provides keynotes, training, and coaching and consulting services to help them achieve both, that are delivered through conferences, leadership meetings, learning series, retreats, and strategic planning for small businesses and global, diverse companies in over 10 industries.

A servant leader, Thresette holds professional certifications as a Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional, John Maxwell Team Speaker, Trainer, Coach & Facilitator, and Development Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator. She serves in multiple leadership roles including the National Association of Women Business Officers National Board. She received her BBA from Wichita State University and her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
