Ms. Serge has 14 years of educational experience, including teaching in an elementary alternative program at Bashor Children’s Home and as a classroom teacher at Beardsley Elementary. Ms. Serge joined the Beardsley adminstration staff in 2015. Ms. Serge believes whole heartedly in the Beardsley mission statement of “ALL Means ALL...growing all students to profiency and beyond. Ms. Serge works closely with Mrs. Priller, staff, community, and families to ensure student success. Ms. Serge continues to assist and support the staff at Beardsley Elementary to implement the Professional Learning Community process and inspire life-long learners.

Ms. Serge earned her bachelors degree from Indiana University of South Bend in 2005, holds her Masters degree from Ball State University. Ms. Serge had coached girls basketball from the elementary level to the high school level for 20 years. Ms. Serge will continue to serve all stakeholders for many years.
