Julie Kelch is a Business Development Specialist for the Bowen Center. Julie works with various schools and companies statewide to help provide Student and Employee Assistance programs.  Active in local area chambers and community organizations, she helps to build partnerships and connect others to Bowen’s services. Her mission is to help start discussions about mental health issues and battle the stigma associated with them. Julie holds regular workshops on various topics associated with Professional Development and engages in speaking opportunities throughout the state. Bowen Center believes that integrated health including physical, mental and emotional is vital to treating the whole person and helps to bring balance and she strives to help spread that message.  Julie has a degree in Business Administration, is a graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Adult and Career education. Julie also holds a Master of Arts degree from Ball State University with a double major in Adult and Community Education and Executive Development for Public Service.
