What to expect?  The Thought Leadership Roundtable: 
Based on empirical data at the national and metro level, the result is clear: inclusion is good for growth, and growth is good for inclusion. Hosts will serve as conversation moderators to encourage sharing and exploration of the topics from the participants’ own perspectives. All participants’ sharings are welcome and valuable, no matter what level of experience or knowledge you have on the topic.

Thought Leadership Table Discussion Topics:

1)  Roundtable:  How do we attract and retain talent?
2)  Roundtable:  How do we create an inclusive, community culture?
3)  Roundtable:  How do business leaders support economic development strategies that promote diversity & inclusion?

Objectives
- To identify the economic drivers regarding diversity
- To build a case that identifies how diversity can be leveraged for both economic and cultural gain
- To understand how to minimize the negative costs of diversity issues that have been ignored or poorly managed
