Participants will increase cultural intelligence and engage their own principles and goals as a framework for honoring the value of intercultural difference when responding across cultural divides.
Each participant in this session will create an individualized guide for navigating intercultural differences, uncertainty, and change, based on their own personal values. Intercultural Personal LeaderSHIFT strengthens people’s awareness of their goals so they can apply that understanding in a framework to chart their best course of action. Decision-making based on one’s own ideals can boost confidence and add clarity in times of personal and professional transition. Three decades of research validate how wells this system can increase productivity, generate more inclusive academic and corporate climates, and improve employee satisfaction.
