“Leadership from Within” is understanding the neuroscience of your brain and how your brain processes information to make decisions. Understanding this process gives your personal insight, increases self-awareness and deepens understanding of others.  This session is designed to increase your individual leadership skills by understanding the science of how you generate information and make intentional choices. How we interpret situations, respond and interact, drives the way we are seen as a human and a leader. It is about our choices that determines our success.

Session Goals
  • Introduction of neuroleadership theories and how our experiences impact our conscious and unconscious decisions- specifically its relationship to intercultural interactions.
  • Recognize how the brain works and strategies for creative integration of personal values and behavior that align with purposes, beliefs and values.

Session Outcomes
  • Participants will understand the concepts and theories of NEUROLEADERSHIP and HOW it impacts effective internal and  external communications.
  • Understand how our individual experiences register in our brains and influence our actions and recognizing our individual and group biases
  • Develop our intentional choices in our decision-making through self- awareness.
