Limited Capacity filling up

The aim of this session is to create knowledge within a group, to think together interactively about your value system.  You will be empowered to stand in your beliefs and in your truth.  You will learn how to express your emotions so that you tap into your inner power to discern where relationships fall in your life.  What happens when you find out someone betrays you?  If you are not engaged with people - it becomes just a transaction.  It takes courage to speak your truth and own your voice.  Conversations might include, gender, race, LGBTQ+, relationships, religion, and more.
  • Navigate emotionally charged conversations to remain in the professional lane
  • Realize what you bring to the conversation when talking to others
  • Understand your filters and decide what needs to be changed
