This session will explain the use of PRIDE and Work Ethic Certification to assist students in gaining required character education in preparation for post school life.  The program ties education and career pathways to local business and universities.    

The goal of this session is to highlight Elkhart Community Schools  systemic focus on character education, work ethic certification and student achievement.

Attendees will understand students and employer benefits of being connected to the Department of Workforce Development initiative regarding Work Ethic Certification.
