Why are 7,000 students dropping out of school every single school day in America?  Lack of talent?  They don’t have potential?  Research suggests something much different.  An individual's level of success or failure is determined by one thing…their mindset.  Seth unpacks the power of intentionally developing the mindsets of students and shares some simple yet powerful solutions.  

Session goals are to educate participants in the study of mindset, offer solutions to schools searching for curriculum that addresses the social emotional state of students, and provide on-ramps for business leaders and community members who want to impact students but aren't sure how.  

Participants will walk away with an understanding of:  
1) the power of mindset
2)  ways to develop healthy mindsets
3)  what they can do to impact student mindsets
